Use

Preventive use in children: spray into each nostril 1-2 times a day.

Runny nose or stuffy nose in children: spray into each nostril 4-6 times a day.

Adult supervision is recommended for use in children.

Before use, it must be checked whether the spray works well.

1. Tilt your head to the side and place the spray tip into the upper nostril and apply firm pressure for 1-2 seconds. Let the solution act for a few seconds.

2. Tilt the head to the other side and repeat the operation in the other nostril.

3. Blow your nose.

Rinse the tip under hot water after each use and then dry it well.

If the symptoms of the nasal sphere persist beyond 10 days in adults and children, consult your doctor. In case of nasal irritation, temporary tingling may occur during use.
