Traditionally cultivated in China and Japan, Konjac (Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch) is used in the composition of “konnyaku”, a traditional Japanese food renowned for its beneficial effects on health.
Konjac contains glucomannan. Consumed as part of a low-calorie diet, this substance contributes to weight loss. The beneficial effect of Konjac Glucomannan on weight loss is obtained by consuming three grams per day, in three doses of one gram each (with a large glass of water).
Use
Oral route. Reserved for adults.
Take 3 capsules half an hour before each of the three main daily meals with one to two glasses of water.
