Maca is a perennial vegetable plant, related to radish and garden cress. It is cultivated on certain high plateaus of the Andes in Peru and Bolivia, despite the extreme climatic conditions prevailing there.

Energizing and revitalizing, Maca root is used in herbal medicine because it helps to stimulate vigor and physical and intellectual performance in both men and women.

Use

Oral route. From 15 years old.

Take 1 capsule in the morning and at noon at mealtimes with a large glass of water. If necessary, it is possible to take up to 3 capsules per day.
