In Africa, the flowers of this plant are used, once dried, to prepare a syrup which serves as the basis for a drink renowned for its diuretic properties.
But, rich in vitamins A and C, the hibiscus flower also has stimulating properties for the body and mind. An infusion which therefore promotes both detoxification and vitality

Usage tips :
– Infusion:
For infusion, the plant is simply soaked in hot water.
Several plants with complementary properties can be combined in the same infusion, which increases the therapeutic effect of the herbal tea.
For half a liter of water, allow 3 to 5 mg of plant (flowers, leaves, berries or dried seeds).
– Decoction:
For the decoction, the water, in which the plant is already present, is brought to the boil for several minutes.
Due to this difference in preparation, the active ingredients of the plant are present in greater quantities in the decoction than in the infusion.
For half a liter of water, allow 5 to 9 g of plant.
