Alfaré® HMO® is a food intended for special medical purposes, from birth.
Alfaré® HMO® is a complete nutritional preparation based on advanced whey protein hydrolyzate, containing medium-chain triglycerides as well as 2’-FL & LNnT.
Alfaré® HMO®  is indicated for the nutritional needs of infants and young children in cases of allergy to cow’s milk proteins and digestive malabsorption or acute diarrhea.

• Breast milk is the ideal food for infants. It is advisable to continue breastfeeding even in the event of an allergy to cow’s milk proteins. This usually requires appropriate dietary advice to completely exclude all sources of cow’s milk protein from the mother’s diet.
• Before using this infant food, seek advice from a healthcare professional. Use under medical supervision.
• Alfaré® HMO® can be used either by bottle or in enteral nutrition.
• If the decision to use an infant formula is made, it is important to follow the instructions on the product label. Unboiled water, an unsterilized bottle, dilution, improper handling or storage can make the baby sick. Follow the preparation instructions exactly. Only use the scoop inside.
• May be suitable for exclusive nutrition from birth or, from 6 months, in addition to a diversified diet.
• The number and volume of bottles are given as an indication and must be adapted according to medical recommendations.
• Contraindications: galactosemia, glucose-galactose malabsorption.

• Reconstitution is done exclusively using the scoop provided (4.5 g) located in the box.
• Wash your hands before preparing the bottle. Use only clean utensils.
• Prepare only one bottle at a time and give it immediately. Throw away the rest of the uneaten bottle.
• One box allows the reconstitution of 15 200 ml bottles.
• Once opened, use within 3 weeks.
