Use

Apply your oil generously before exposing yourself. Spray the product into your hands, before applying it to the face, avoiding the eye area. On the body, you can spray the oil directly onto the skin before spreading it carefully. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming or toweling off.
If you do not apply enough product, the level of sun protection will be significantly reduced.
Precautions: Too much sun is dangerous. A sunscreen product does not give you 100% protection. Avoid the sun during the middle of the day.
