Lansoyl Paraffin is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of constipation.
Warning: constipation must first be treated with a change in lifestyle

Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as
instructions from your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist in case

Adults and children over 15:
1 to 3 tablespoons per day. Children from 4 to 15 years old:
1 to 3 teaspoons per day.
The use of Lansoyl Paraffin is not recommended in children under 4 years old.

The intake can take place in one or several times, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, or two hours
before or after the main meal and the possible intake of fat-soluble vitamins. If the drug is
taken in the evening, it is recommended not to lie down for two hours after taking it and to keep
take into account that the effect of Lansoyl Paraffin does not occur until 6 to 8 hours after taking it.
N.B .: in children, the administration of laxatives should be exceptional, given that it can
obstacle to the normal functioning of the defecation reflex.
Prolonged use of laxatives should be avoided. Do not use Lansoyl Paraffin for more than 15 days.
Chronic constipation requires an adaptation of diet and lifestyle.
What Lansoyl Paraffin contains
– The active substance is paraffin oil at a rate of 78.230 g / 100 g.
– The other ingredients are: sucrose, citric acid monohydrate, gelatin, cochineal red
A, aromatics and purified water.
