The term CBD is the abbreviation of the term “cannabidiol”.
Cannabidiol is a naturally occurring substance found in hemp more commonly known as cannabis. Unlike THC, the most well-known substance in cannabis, CBD does not have so-called “narcotic” properties.
Thanks to its different properties (sedative, relaxant, anxiolytic, anti-inflammatory, antiepileptic, antispasmodic, antiemetic) CBD can be used for various pathologies;
muscle and joint pain, arthritis and tendonitis, fibromyalgia
stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia
in athletes for cramps, aches, recovery
epilepsy, to reduce the frequency of seizures
multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease and schizophrenia
relief of patients treated with chemotherapy and during palliative care
in weaning from cannabis addiction (THC)
