Composition

25 mg ubiquinol
2.4 mg of vitamin E (20% AR)
virgin flaxseed oil

Coenzyme Q10 exists in the body in two forms: the active non-oxidized form, ubiquinol (Q10H2) and the inactive oxidized form, ubiquinone (Q10). Ubiquinol is the majority form in the body.

AQtif contains ubiquinol.

Ubiquinol is a molecule of natural origin, produced by fermentation of yeast. It therefore does not contain impurities due to chemical synthesis.

Properties

Mitochondria are the energy powerhouses of our cells. They are what allow the production of energy in the form of ATP. Many enzymes and coenzymes are involved in this production process.

Coenzyme Q10H2 is a molecule that is found in all cells of the body and in more abundant proportions in cells requiring the most energy such as those of the heart, lungs, liver and muscles.
