Take 3 capsules a day at mealtimes with a large glass of water.

Situations to avoid:
Sitting or standing too long, trampling, wearing clothes that are too tight (tight pants, boots), shoes with heels that are too low or too high, exposing the legs to the sun or heat sources, taking excessive weight, and avoid foods that are known to promote vein congestion: alcohol, spices, coffee, tea, tobacco.
Advice :
Elevate the legs whenever possible, especially in bed in the evening, engage in regular physical activity (brisk walking, swimming, gymnastics, cycling), shower the legs with cold water, massage them and wear stockings, tights or compression socks.
Composition
Broom rhizome powder (Ruscus aculeatus) obtained by cryogenic grinding, titrated to at least 0.4% total sapogenins (expressed as ruscogenin).
Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
Envelope of vegetable origin: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
