Dosage

Reserved for adults. Shake well before use.

2 sprays under the tongue to take before going to bed or during the night if you wake up.
Hold the bottle upright.
On first use, prime the pump with 2-3 sprays.

This bottle allows approximately 140 sprays or 70 peaceful nights.
