Dosage

Depending on needs, spray 1-2x per nostril several times a day, unless otherwise advised.

Children under 2 years old should not exceed 10 applications (2 sprays per nostril) per day.

Children under 10 years of age and people who are unable to use this spray independently should be assisted by an adult in administering this spray.

Use

When using for the first time: remove the protective cap from the bottle and press the spray head several times (2 to 3 times) until a mist appears. Do not cut the end. If the spray function is reduced (which may happen if the bottle is not upright), press the spray head several times, keeping the bottle upright.

Gently blow your nose.
Remove the protective cap from the bottle.
Hold the bottle with your index and middle fingers on either side of the spray head and your thumb at the bottom of the bottle. Tilt your head slightly forward and close one nostril by gently pressing your finger on the side of the nose.
Start by breathing carefully through your nose.
Apply the spray head into the nostril. Quickly and vigorously push the stern and spray the product into the nostril. Continue to breathe calmly through your nose.
Apply the spray in the other nostril.
Repeat the steps above in the other nostril.
Wipe the spray head after each use.
Close the spray with the protective cap.
