Dosage Place 4 drops of each of the selected elixirs directly under the tongue or in a little water. Use preferably in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening at bedtime. To be renewed if necessary.
Recommendations If you wish to mix several essences to respond to different imbalances, we advise you to use a maximum of 5 elixirs, to optimize the effects.
