Gentian actually refers to around thirty species of flowers found throughout Europe. Sometimes cultivated in gardens, it is above all a wild plant. Often a very rich and deep blue color, it catches the eye. With its long tubular corolla, its shape is also very particular, because it resembles a trumpet. It most often measures fifteen to twenty centimeters and generally grows in groups.

The Bach Gentian flower is a strong plant, which can cope with sometimes difficult soils, particularly limestone, because it is found mainly in the mountains, in meadows, but also on cliffs or dunes. She also has a remarkable capacity for adaptation. In fact, it closes in on itself when it rains or when it feels a cold spell coming. A movement that can be very rapid when necessary, only around twenty seconds. In order to survive, it can also remain closed for a long time, until the temperature rises or the rain stops. It then opens its petals to the sun, determined to soak up the heat.

Dosage

Bach® Original Flowers are taken orally.

2 drops in a glass of water or on the tongue 4 times a day.
