The chestnut tree produces the Bach flower Sweet Chestnut. This majestic-looking tree can be recognized by its distinctive trunk. Because as it grows, the chestnut tree seems to wrap itself around its axis to better fly towards the sky. Robust, it withstands even the harshest winters. The chestnut flowers appear towards the end of June, once the tree has unfurled its foliage. This flowering is carried by a powerful energy which springs from the roots, goes up along the trunk and rushes to the ends of the branches.

Powerfully rooted, the chestnut tree produces dense shade at its base, while its branches rise to expose themselves to the heat of the sun. This vigorous tree seems to draw its strength from the depths to fully blossom in the light.
