Cedium benzalkonium is a disinfectant solution for local use on the skin (external use).
Cedium benzalkonium is used to disinfect small wounds, superficial wounds, cuts, scratches, burns and insect bites and to cleanse the skin before plastering to prevent inflammation.
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if in doubt.
The recommended dose is: Dropper bottle: apply a few drops 2 or 3 times a day directly to the wound or to a sterile compress.
Leave to dry without wiping.
If you need to wash the area first with soap and water, rinse well to remove all traces of soap. It is necessary to renew the application after each toilet. This product does not cause stains.
The duration of treatment should be as short as possible. If you do not see improvement after 3 days, see a doctor. Your doctor will tell you how long to use Cedium benzalkonium.
What Cedium benzalkonium contains
The active substance is benzalkonium chloride 1 mg / ml.
The other ingredients are edetate disodium – sodium hydrogenphosphate dihydrate – sodium dihydrogenphosphate dihydrate – sodium chloride – purified water.
