This medicine is a medicine for allergy and inflammation of the skin
(contains triamcinolone acetonide, a corticosteroid).
This medication is indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic skin diseases, such as:
– skin diseases due to hypersensitivity (atopic dermatitis);
– skin diseases due to contact between the skin and a product having an
allergenic (contact dermatitis);
– itching in the vagina and anus (vulvar and anal pruritus);
– skin diseases with a red coloration (generalized erythroderma);
– eczema characterized by a red coloration of the skin and yellow fatty dandruff (seborrheic dermatitis);
– eczema characterized by silvery desquamation (psoriasis);
– eczema (various types of eczematous dermatoses);
– skin disease of nervous origin (neurodermatitis).
This drug will preferably be used for the treatment of wet lesions.
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if in doubt.
External use. To apply on the skin.
This medication should be applied once or twice a day in a thin layer to the diseased skin. Rub gently until total penetration into the skin. It can sometimes be
necessary to place an occlusive bandage to achieve a better result.
Treatment should be limited to 7 days when using on the face and occlusive dressings cannot be used in this case.
Avoid contact with eyes.
What Delphi contains
– The active substance is triamcinolone acetonide. 1 g of cream contains 1 mg of triamcinolone acetonide.
– The other ingredients (excipients) are: benzyl alcohol, ethoxylated stearyl alcohol, isopropyl palmitate, glycerol, sorbitol, lactic acid for pH 4.0-5.0, purified water.
