Gyno-Daktarin is used for the treatment of yeast infections in the vagina and in the space between the lips of the vulva. Your doctor will decide which form is best for you.
Always use Gyno-Daktarin exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if in doubt.
Gyno-Daktarin is introduced into the vagina.
The cream is applied using an applicator. A new applicator must be used every day.
Once a day, at bedtime, introduce the contents of an applicator deeply into the vagina (± 5 g of cream). Repeat for 7 days, even if symptoms (eg itching and white discharge) have gone away or your period starts.
If necessary, the partner can be treated as well. He will apply a little cream on the glans twice a day. The duration of treatment is the same as for women.
