Evening primrose seeds give an oil rich in gamma-linolenic fatty acid (a good omega 6) used for centuries in massage or in remedies. The oil is reputed according to some to fight against chronic inflammation, but also the hormonal imbalances of (pre-) menopause.

Tips & Tricks: Compose your salad oil: 20% evening primrose, 40% rapeseed, 40% olive in order to receive the fatty acids W3, W6, W9 for daily nutritional food.
Advice: Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) per day.
