The intestine is part of the digestive tract. It fulfills a major role in the digestion and assimilation of nutrients. It consists of 2 parts: the small intestine and the large intestine. It is where nutrients pass through to the blood and the rest of the body. The thin membrane of the small intestine is covered with folds and villi to increase its surface and allow a large number of exchanges with the blood network. It forms a barrier that prevents the entry of pathogens. In its light, there is the microbiota composed of bacteria and other microorganisms. The lymphoid tissue associated with the digestive tract is the main support of the immune system, it protects the body from invasions. It is a storage site for B and T lymphocytes.
In the large intestine, bacteria break down molecules that cannot be assimilated in the small intestine, such as fiber. It is the site of synthesis of vitamins B and K.

USE

Montmorillonite (clay) has a great capacity to absorb liquids. Sodium chloride compensates for the electrolyte losses induced during digestive disorders. Digest RegulTM can be used to regulate digestive function and during the recovery period following digestive upset.

COMPOSITION
Fishmeal
Bentonite-Montmorillonite clay (9%)
Lythrum salicaria (loose loosestrife)
Melissa officinalis (lemon balm)
Sodium Chloride

MANUAL
Dogs and cats < 10 kg: 1/2 tab 2x/d
Dogs from 10 to 20 kg: 1 tablet twice a day
Dogs from 20 to 30 kg: 2 tablets twice a day
Dogs > 30 kg: 3 tablets twice a day

The amount mentioned above may vary depending on your pet’s needs. Use as long as needed. The tablets are very palatable and spontaneously accepted by the majority of dogs and cats. They can also be crumbled and mixed into food.
