Initial phase (3 to 4 weeks): Nicotinell 21 mg / 24 h
Treatment follow-up (3 to 4 weeks): Nicotinell 14 mg / 24 h or Nicotinell 21 mg / 24 h
Therapeutic withdrawal (3 to 4 weeks): Nicotinell 7 mg / 24 h OR Nicotinell 14 mg / 24 h then Nicotinell 7 mg / 24 h

The duration of treatment is approximately 3 months. Do not use for more than 6 months without medical advice
Patients should stop smoking completely while taking this medication.
Transdermal patches should not be used concomitantly with other pharmaceutical forms of nicotine substitutes such as chewing gums or sucking tablets without medical advice.

Composition
Each patch contains 17.5 mg of nicotine in a 10 cm2 patch and delivers 7 mg of nicotine per 24 hours
