Use
Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day (or 0.19 ml) on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar). Do not use pure without support, nor mixed with water. Equivalence: 1ml 31 drops. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use in children under 7 years old, in pregnant women (especially the first 3 months of pregnancy) or breastfeeding, in people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders and in people allergic to essential oils. For people under medical treatment and in children over 7 years old, contact a health specialist. Store away from light, air and heat.
