How to use Organic Thyme Thymol Essential Oil Take a maximum of 1 drop of thyme thymol essential oil 2 times a day on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar). Do not use pure thyme thymol essential oil without support, or mixed with water.
