Use

Adults: 2 sprays per nostril. Children (> 3 years): 1 spray per nostril. To be used throughout the period of allergies, before any contact with allergens, from the first symptoms. Use as often as necessary, renew if necessary every 4 hours, up to 6 times a day. It is advisable to first clean the nasal cavities with an isotonic solution and blow your nose, then spray the spray into the nostrils and gently pinch them between two fingers to distribute the protective film over the entire nasal mucosa, do not then blow your nose to preserve it. Precautions for use: Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Not recommended for children under 3 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people hypersensitive to essential oil of Eucalyptus radiata. Not recommended for people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders.
