Dosage
1 to 2 tablets per day, to be taken with a glass of water, 1 / 2h before bedtime.

Do not use in children UNDER 12 years of age.

Composition
Each dragee contains 500 mg of dried hydroalcoholic extract of valerian (Valeriana officinalis).
