Supradyn® Vital 50+ contains 12 vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B11, B12, C, D3, E) and 9 minerals (calcium, copper, iron, iodine, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum , selenium, zinc). The formula also contains high quality ginseng extract and natural olive extract. Supradyn® Vital 50+ has been specially designed to provide these vitamins, minerals and antioxidants **, in a dosage adapted to the specific needs of 50+.

Use
1 tablet per day. To be taken with a large glass of water (250ml) before or after a meal and preferably in the morning with breakfast. Supradyn® Vital 50+ can be used every day throughout the year.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not exceed the recommended amount of vitamin A. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
