This medication is indicated in cases of magnesium deficiency of various origins (lack or intake
insufficient magnesium; excessive loss through stool or urine). It is offered in case of
functional disturbances due to hyperexcitability of nerves and muscles.

How to use Ultra-Mg 3 g powder for oral solution?
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as
indications from your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you have
doubt.
One sachet of Ultra-Mg will dissolve in a glass of water and should not be taken with meals. The
treatment should be continued until the deficiency is compensated.
The recommended dose is: – adults and children over 10 years old: 2 or 3 sachets per day.
Use in children
The recommended dose is:
– children from 5 to 10 years old: 1 or 2 sachets per day.
Do not use in children under 5 years old.

What Ultra-Mg contains
– The active substance in Ultra-Mg is magnesium gluconate 3 g (corresponding to 162 mg of
magnesium or 6.75 millimoles).
