1 tablet per day, preferably between two meals.

Precautions for use:

A diet rich in fiber (wholemeal bread, wheat grains, etc.) and large quantities of iron taken as a supplement (more than 25 mg per day) can reduce zinc absorption.
Zincotabs® does not contain any other vitamins or minerals that could interfere.
It is recommended not to take these substances at the same time as Zincotabs® and to stagger their intake during the day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Cannot replace a balanced and varied diet, nor a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Consumption should be limited to a few weeks/months.

Zincotabs® is designed to correct zinc deficiency. Each tablet contains 22.5 mg of zinc in the form of zinc gluconate, guaranteeing very good absorption.

Composition

Zinc gluconate (22.5 mg), Bulking agent (lactose (milk), corn starch), Anti-caking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, talc, magnesium stearate), Gelling agent (polyvinylpyrrolidone). Contains traces of sulfur dioxide.
