Use

Children from 1 to 6 years: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day Children over 6 years, adolescents, adults: 2 teaspoons (10 ml) per day Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. To be used as part of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Shake the bottle before use. Do not lean during use.

After each use, unclip the orange tip and rinse the end of the bottle and the orange tip well with lukewarm water to prevent them from clogging.
