The usual dose for children is 10 to 15 mg / kg every 6 hours (i.e. 40 to 60 mg / kg / 24
hours); in case of jaundice, this dosage will be reduced by half.
The maximum dose not to be exceeded is 60 mg / kg / 24 hours
