MetaSleep® contains a complete formula to promote good sleep. It does not only contain plant extracts (valerian, lemon balm, passionflower, green tea L-theanine), but also melatonin, magnesium and B vitamins. MetaSleep® contains plant extracts with the highest active concentration. A dose of 350 mg of plant extracts per tablet is therefore sufficient to have an effect. Valerian, Passionflower and Lemon Balm have proven action.The forms of magnesium in MetaSleep® are glycerophosphate and magnesium bisglycinate, forms that are well absorbed and tolerated in the stomach and intestine. In addition, these two forms of magnesium are absorbed in different parts of the small intestine. This allows absorption to be spread over the night. Vitamins B6, B12 and folate (metafolin®) contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system. These are also the active forms of the B vitamins.
